Gosolarsafe provides a warranty on all window tinting installations for residential and commercial properties. This warranty is deensures our customers are delighted with the quality and performance of our window tint films and the installation process.

What is Covered:

Defects in Material or Manufacturing:

If the window tint film or adhesive is found to be defective due to manufacturing errors, [Your Company Name] will repair or replace the affected tint at no charge. This includes defects such as bubbling, peeling, cracking, discoloration, or fading that occur under normal conditions.

Improper Installation:

If the tint film is not applied according to industry standards or shows issues related to installation errors, we will correct the installation or replace the defective film.

Film Performance:

We guarantee that the film will perform as described, including heat reduction, UV protection, glare reduction, and privacy enhancement, for the duration of the warranty period. If performance does not meet the specifications due to manufacturer defects, we will replace the film.

Commercial & Residential Applications:

The warranty applies to both residential and commercial installations, with coverage details listed above, ensuring protection from defects or poor performance.

What is Not Covered:

Damage Caused by External Factors:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather-related incidents (e.g., hail, extreme heat, etc.), accidents, vandalism, or physical impact.

Improper Care or Maintenance:

Damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, or maintenance, including the use of abrasive cleaners, solvents, or sharp objects, is not covered. Please follow the cleaning instructions provided to maintain the tint properly.

Window Frame or Glass Damage:

This warranty does not cover damage to the window frame, glass, or surrounding materials. If the tint is damaged due to issues with the glass itself, we recommend consulting a professional glass repair service.

Third-Party Interference:

If the tint is altered, removed, or tampered with by a third party not authorized by Gosolarsafe, this warranty will be void.

Fading due to Sun Exposure Beyond Warranty Specifications:

While we guarantee the tint's performance under normal conditions, excessive sun exposure beyond manufacturer guidelines may cause premature fading or discoloration.

Inspection:

A representative from Gosolarsafe will schedule an appointment to inspect the affected areas. Please provide details of the problem and any supporting photos, if possible.

Resolution:

If the issue is covered by this warranty, we will either repair or replace the affected tint at no cost to you. If the issue is not covered, we will provide an estimate for any necessary repairs or services.

Transferability:

Residential: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original homeowner at the time of installation.

Commercial: This warranty may be transferable to a new business owner if specified, provided that the new owner submits a warranty transfer request to GOSOLARSAFE within [30-60 days] of the transfer of property ownership.

Exclusions: This warranty is void if the window tint installation is not performed by a licensed professional, or if the installation was done by an unauthorized contractor. The warranty is also void if any modifications are made to the tint after installation.

Limitation of Liability: gosolarsafe is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of the tint. Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement or repair of the defective film.

Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of TEXAS (TX) , and any legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction in that area.

How to Maintain Your Window Tint:

Wait 3-5 days before cleaning your windows to allow the tint to fully cure.

Clean your windows with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge and use a mild detergent or window cleaner.

Avoid using ammonia-based cleaners as they may damage the tint film.

Do not scrape the tint film with sharp objects or abrasive materials.
